Telecom is an industry of many, old and intertwined systems: OSS/BSS, customer records, billing, order flows. Every new service has to fit into that weave without stopping what is already running. That calls for integrations that are documented, tested and maintainable by someone other than the person who built them.
Our assignments in the industry have been about exactly that layer: opportunity management with automatic margin calculation in CRM Online at Cellip, integration, documentation and quality assurance in a CRM rollout at Signal Bredbånd in Norway, and operations and troubleshooting of a customised CRM installation with integrations at the operator JNT in Finland.
