Pipeline review
When builds and releases take too long or break too often.
What you get

- A written report on where the time goes and what breaks, in order of priority.
- A walkthrough of the report with your team, with a proposal for what to do first.
What we need from you
- Read access to repositories and pipelines.
- One person who knows the pipeline and can answer questions.
PricePer hour, at the higher hourly rate for short engagements.
Platform assessment
When the platform has grown piece by piece and nobody quite knows what it can take.
What you get
- A review of cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code, deployment and observability.
- A written assessment of what holds, what is fragile and what we would do first.
- A walkthrough of the assessment with the people who own the platform.
What we need from you
- Read access to cloud accounts, infrastructure code and monitoring.
- Time with the people who run the platform today.
PricePer hour, at the higher hourly rate for short engagements.
Reinforcement in your Delivery Engineering team
When regular staff go on leave, or when hiring takes longer than planned.
What you get
- A consultant who takes a place in your team and works in your tools, your backlog and your routines.
- Pipelines, releases and operations that keep working while you are short-staffed.
- A handover when the regular staff are back or the position is filled.
What we need from you
- A place in the team: accounts, access and a contact person.
- An estimate of how long the need will last.
PricePer hour, at a lower hourly rate than for the short engagements.
How we price
We charge by the hour. The hourly rate is higher when the engagement is short, such as a pipeline review or a platform assessment, and lower when we take a more lasting place in your team. Get in touch and we will give you the hourly rate for your setup.
