Jonas has 15 years of experience in system development, microservices, integrations between business systems, and business-critical websites. He has broad OpenSource experience and a full command of the Linux platform.

Having taken part in a mix of long and short engagements, he is used to working closely with different stakeholders across the business. He enjoys joining requirements discussions and working in self-organising teams that effectively turn user stories into real value while also owning innovation.

He owns the DevOps role and acts as support for development teams, building tools that ease their work and save project time. The best teams are the ones where members have similar levels of experience and everyone leads and learns from each other.

Working on larger Enterprise projects around business systems has given him experience in picking up existing codebases and handling legacy projects where documentation is often missing. That has also made it easier to learn new frameworks faster. Working as a Linux developer and using OpenSource solutions brought him into contact with DevOps frameworks early on.

Jonas is an engaged developer with a creative personality. He has a knack for inspiring others and likes to make and ship. He wants to understand the business and its purpose, because that is what makes deliveries valuable to customers while preparing for what comes next.
